Our purpose is to bridge the gap between psychology, creativity, and holistic healthcare, empowering individuals to better understand and care for their minds and bodies and menstrual health.
Celia has an MA in psychology, is a mental health advocate, and former actor with years in the TV industry, Celia has lived at the sharp intersection of creativity, neurodivergence, and a healthcare system that too often fails women. Her diagnosis came late. The damage—mental, emotional, physical—was already done. But from the wreckage, she built something urgent, necessary, and deeply human.
